Construction information

The house is designed on a monolithic slab foundation.

External load-bearing and inter-apartment walls are built of concrete blocks, non-load-bearing walls and internal walls of the apartments are built of lightweight structures. The external walls are covered with PIR insulation and high-quality composite panels.

The walls between apartments are made of sound-insulating concrete and stone blocks.

Partition walls inside the apartments are built on a metal frame as plasterboard partitions.

Inserted ceilings and floors are assembled from reinforced concrete panels.

The internal staircase between the first and second floors has wooden steps.

Windows and balcony doors are triple-glazed, with argon filling and in a wood-aluminium frame, with a thermal transmittance of U=0.9 W/m2*K
Energy class A building.

Energy-saving solar panels will be installed on the roof.
The façade consists of high-quality composite panels in a light and dark grey shade. Apartment balcony balustrades made of glass will be installed.
The power, heating and water meters to be installed are all read remotely.

The building is heated with an efficient air-to-water heat pump and a gas boiler. Hydronic underfloor heating will be installed in the building, with the possibility of room-based temperature control. Individual heating meters are installed in each home / apartment / building, which allow significant savings on heating costs.
